MEET OUR FOUNDER
Aftan Chobot, cm – Founder & Creative Director
Aftan is a creative and strategic marketing and communications professional who is known for her ability to work with visionaries, founders, and start-ups to bring their unique vision to life through their brands. Over the course of her career, she has built creative strategies that meet business needs through impactful messaging and visual expression. In addition to the outward-facing work that Aftan has done, her creative finesse is always preceded by a plan to ensure the marketing strategy and customer journey delivers a seamless user experience that is measurable and results-driven.
Curt Chobot – Business Operations Manager
Curt is a technical and operational strategist with 15+ years of experience across automotive, ag tech, and marketing. He brings a business-first mindset to Salted Marketing, working behind the scenes to ensure systems run smoothly and support the creative team. He began his career as an automotive journeyperson technician and later led strategic projects, service, and field support for the DOT autonomous platform. That hands-on, cross-functional work now informs his approach to project management at Salted Marketing. A lifelong musician and avid griller, Curt brings both rhythm and flavour to his work. His thoughtful, hands-on approach helps Salted Marketing serve up marketing that resonates and leaves a lasting impression.
